What each makes public, and where each is strongest.
CoolCare does not publish prices. Its published terms (2023) refer to fees by number of registered beds, an initial term set in each order, then a rolling monthly contract with 30 days' notice. Clocking hardware is bought or added to the subscription.
Suits you if:
Starter is free for up to 10 service users. Paid plans are priced per active service user with no charge for staff users, and quotes vary widely: from about £16 per service user a month on a larger service to £150 a month for a supported living service with 3 clients, most likely including add-ons such as rostering and eMAR. Rostering, eMAR and the Family App are add-ons. Fees exclude VAT.

Care setting editions from £12, cheaper per user as you grow. No setup fee, monthly with 1 month's notice, free month to try it. Every price.

No. CoolCare manages the business side of a care home (occupancy, fees, rotas, time and attendance), while Log my Care is for recording care. Care App covers both in one system.
CoolCare's integrations page lists care planning partners including Person Centred Software and Nourish; we did not see Log my Care listed. Ask both suppliers if you want them connected.
Neither publishes prices for its paid plans. CoolCare quotes after a demo, and its published terms refer to fees by registered beds. Log my Care's Starter plan is free for up to 10 service users, with paid plans quoted per service user. Care App publishes every price, from £12 per user per month for care setting editions; see the packages page.
