Frequently asked questions

How much does Aim cost?

Aim Care Manager is £15 per active staff member per month, plus VAT. Staff working under 16 hours a week cost £5. The minimum is 10 active staff, setup is £250, and the minimum commitment is 12 months with 90 days' notice.

Is Care App cheaper than Aim?

For most teams, yes. Care App is £12 per user for the first 10, £10.50 for the next 10, then £7.50, £4.50 and £3.50, with no setup fee: 10 staff £120 a month (Aim £150), 20 staff £225 (Aim £300), 30 staff £300 (Aim £450). Aim can cost less when most of your team is bank staff under 16 hours a week: 10 core staff and 20 bank staff are £250 on Aim against £300 on Care App.

Do both charge per staff, not per client?

Yes. Neither charges for each person you support, so taking on more clients does not raise the price.

Can I move from Aim to Care App?

Yes. Send us your client and staff lists as a spreadsheet and we will import them, or use Data Import in the app. Check your Aim notice period first: it is 90 days.
