Nourish's published terms renew the licence for a further 12 months automatically. Care App is monthly from the start, with 1 month's notice after the free trial.
Incident reporting, CQC tools and eLearning are paid add-ons at Nourish. They are part of Care App's care setting editions.
Care App shows every price at care-app.uk/packages. Nourish's list prices are in public sector framework documents rather than on its website, and need a sales conversation.
Care App splits invoices between local authorities, health funding and private top-ups. Nourish does not list split billing.

Nourish does not show prices on its website, but its G-Cloud 15 pricing document (January 2026) lists Better Care at £3.00 per bed per week with a minimum of £1,350 a year, and Better Care at Home at £0.20 per hour of care rostered with a minimum of £160 a month, plus paid add-ons. Care App starts from £12 per user per month for care setting editions; see the packages page.
